Accord Engineering is 82% complete for this $2,032,132 project performing a Remedial Investigation (RI) for Installation Restoration (IR) Site 2/4, an Extended Site Inspection (ESI) for IR Site 3, and IR Site 6 post-removal verification sampling to support a no further action (NFA) recommendation at the Naval Amphibious Base (NAB) Coronado, California, for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC).
For IR Site 2/4 we have collected data:
• To evaluate the nature and extent of constituents of potential concern (COPCs) in soil, soil vapor, sediment, and groundwater;
• To evaluate whether concentrations of constituents in groundwater are a significant source to surface water in San Diego Bay;
