Accord Engineering has enhanced its Quality Program through the training and implementation of the Army Corps of Engineers Quality Control System (QCS). This training allows Accord Engineering to meet Corps’ construction contract requirements for the Corps of Engineers Guide Specification CEGS-1451, entitled “Contractor Quality Control”.

Accord’s Quality Control Program maintains a strong project Quality Control (QC) system. Schedule goals are achieved through regular production/QC meetings and proactive contractor leadership that “builds it right the first time” and builds is safely. QC staff manage specified QC processes, including submittals, preventive controls, inspections, tests and documentation.

The certification is good for 5 years and is valid for Corps, Navy and other federal agencies’ projects.
