Client Survey Results 2009 – As Accord Engineering is a service provider, client satisfaction is the most important part of our Quality Control System. Client satisfaction determines whether the services provided meet the client’s expectations, both in value and in quality.

As part of Accord’s continuous improvement process, we routinely query our clients to insure that we are fulfilling their needs, and to identify any areas of improvement we may be able to further develop.

The Dun & Bradstreet performance evaluation survey uses a sophisticated algorithm that takes into account the amount of information available on Accord, the recency of the information, and the accuracy of the raters. Overall, Accord Engineering scored 92 out of 100 in overall performance, with the highest mark being a 98 for the competency and professionalism of the personnel. This is extremely important as the employees are the cornerstone of the services we provide.
