Accord Engineering has a number of programs in place to enhance the company and better service our clients. These programs include:
- A comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment Program to protect, our employees and clients from on-the-job accidents and illnesses, and the protection of the environment;
- Our Quality Program to provide Accord Engineering with a clear view of where we stand and of how far we must go to achieve world-class levels of performance;
- The Client Care Program, which is an element of the Quality Program to provide Accord Engineering with a measurement of its success;
- A program to develop Strategic Alliances to better serve our clients and extend our offerings beyond traditional roles;
- Our Employee Development Program was established to help attract and develop employees into leaders within their discipline, and to ensure that the high expectations that Accord Engineering places on its employees are obtainable
