RCRA/CERCLA/UST IDIQ Contract No. N00178-08-D-8818 A joint venture between Accord Engineering, Inc. and MACTEC Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. has been awarded an indefinite quantities A/E services contract in April 2010 for providing RCRA/CERCLA/UST environmental support services at Navy and Marine Corps installations in California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Colorado. The maximum contract value is $20M with a base year and four 1-year options. Work may include, but is not limited to, environmental engineering and scientific assistance to support Installation Restoration (IR) Program requirements, and similar requirements to complete Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP), Aboveground/Underground Storage Tanks (AST/UST), Base Realignment and Closure Program (BRAC) and environmental compliance projects. These services may include, but are not limited to, investigations, evaluations, studies, consultations, conceptual design, value engineering, risk and assessments, pilot or treatability projects to demonstrate innovative technologies, operation, monitoring, and optimization of environmental treatment or control systems.
