NAVFAC Stormwater IDIQ Contract No. N62473-09-D-2613 A joint venture between Accord Engineering, Inc. and MACTEC Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. has been awarded an indefinite quantity contract in March 2009 from the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest to provide $15M worth of stormwater, incidental potable water, groundwater, and wastewater environmental compliance and other engineering services at Navy and Marine Corps installations in California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and other federal and DOD installations nationwide. This contract is to provide environmental engineering services to various federal government facilities within the contract geographic area to meet statutory compliance requirements for all applicable DOD, federal, state, local, and installation-specific environmental laws, regulations, and guidance pertaining to stormwater and incident potable water, groundwater, wastewater, and compliance with similar requirements to support related RCRA, CERCLA, Base Closure and Realignment (BRAC), and Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) projects.
